Chart Topping Artist Confirmed To Perform Haiti Benefit Concert
After recently having chart topping & international success with the track “Somewhere”, Pretoria based rocker, Walt, released his debut album: “Until the End” to music stores countrywide through Sheer Sound.
The 1st single, “Somewhere” went to #1 and got play listed on almost every regional and national radio station in South Africa, including 5fm and Highveld Stereo. The track was selected by Missing Children SA as their official anthem song based on the song’s somewhat controversial music video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_hfx3WhHto). The shocking video helped to create a public awareness for The National Missing Kid’s Bureau and placed the artist in news bulletin headlines across the nation.
“Until the End” the 2nd single, also shot straight to #1 on SA radio. In addition Walt signed a 3 year international song licensing deal with US label.
